Campaign Data definition

Campaign Data means the campaign-related reporting data generated in the course of the Services and provided to Company under this Agreement, such as Campaign performance reports. For the avoidance of doubt, Campaign Data does not include Tag Data.
Campaign Data means data relating to campaigns, media, and other measurements to analysis campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Data means performance and measurement data made available through the Platform that relates to Publisher’s ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ launched through the Services.

Examples of Campaign Data in a sentence

  • Company shall obtain all necessary consents for the transfer and assignment of Campaign Data to Visit Orlando including without limitation consent to market to identified individuals.

  • Company assigns all right, title, and interest in the Campaign Data, as well as any other intellectual property developed by Company for the Campaign, and any derivatives of both, to Visit Orlando.

  • Company shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to Campaign Data, including but not limited to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

  • CVC assigns all right, title, and interest in the Campaign Data, as well as any other intellectual property developed by CVC for the Campaign, and any derivatives of both, to Visit Orlando.

  • CVC shall obtain all necessary consents for the transfer and assignment of Campaign Data to Visit Orlando including without limitation consent to market to identified individuals.

  • CVC shall comply with alllaws and regulations applicable to Campaign Data, including but not limited to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

  • Further, 24/7 Media shall own all data collected or stored as a side effect of serving or tracking ads that is not Campaign Data ("Clickstream Data").

  • As indicated above, all Campaign Data is proprietary and confidential to 24/7 Media.

  • However, AdForce can use Clickstream Data for any purposes that do not expose Campaign Data to any third party, and will not be required to store such information for more than twelve (12) months.

  • Accordingly, AdForce may not use such Campaign Data for any purpose where such data can be specifically associated with the identity of 24/7 Media or its clients; provided, however, that AdForce may use such Campaign Data for reporting where such information is aggregated with information from other AdForce customers and/or not specifically identifiable as 24/7 Media information.


More Definitions of Campaign Data

Campaign Data means Advertising Campaigns’ setting/configuration data (e.g., spent, AdTech & Media settings, trafficking, configuration, media plan, etc.) and performance data in aggregated form of statistical nature related to those Advertising Campaigns (e.g., number of impressions, number of clicks, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPC, CPA, etc.) that are exchanged between the AdTech & Media Accounts and Client Accounts via Integration or that are generated from such data as a result of using the ARM Solution by Agency, as stored on Client Accounts.
Campaign Data means all personal data/information that Mastercard collects from Participants in connection with the Campaign;
Campaign Data means any information or data including Personal Data that is (a) collected during delivery of any Campaign Creative that identifies or allows identification of Disney, any Disney Media Platform or Disney brand, content, context, or users;////means information or data including Personal Data (b) provided to Media Agency by Disney or any Disney Affiliate, and/or (b) collected by the Media Agency or its Advertising Partners on behalf of Disney in the course of providing the Advertising Services (including but not limited to data collected by the Media Agency or its Advertising Partners from Disney Properties or in relation any user interaction with any Disney Advertising).
Campaign Data means Advertising Campaigns’ setting/configuration data (e.g., spent, AdTech & Media settings, trafficking, configuration, media plan, etc.) and performance data in aggregated form of statistical nature related to those Advertising Campaigns (e.g., number of impressions, number of clicks, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPC, CPA, etc.) that are exchanged between the AdTech & Media Accounts and ARM Account via Integration or that are generated from such data as a result of using the ARM Solution by Customer, as stored on ARM Account.
Campaign Data means campaign scheduling data with references to Content UUIDs from the customer’s CoreMedia Content Cloud – Service environment.
