Company shall obtain all necessary consents for the transfer and assignment of Campaign Data to Visit Orlando including without limitation consent to market to identified individuals.

However, AdForce can use Clickstream Data for any purposes that do not expose Campaign Data to any third party, and will not be required to store such information for more than twelve (12) months.
Accordingly, AdForce may not use such Campaign Data for any purpose where such data can be specifically associated with the identity of 24/7 Media or its clients; provided, however, that AdForce may use such Campaign Data for reporting where such information is aggregated with information from other AdForce customers and/or not specifically identifiable as 24/7 Media information.
