Camberley Employees means each of the following employees who are employed by Sentrum Services Limited and located in Camberley: ####### #######, ###### ###### and ###### #######;
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.
Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.
Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.
Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).
Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.
Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iv).
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Protected Employees means employees of the Company who were employed by the Company at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.
Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;
New Mexico Employee means any resident of the State of New Mexico employed by Contractor who performs the majority of the employee’s work for Contractor within the State of New Mexico, regardless of the location of Contractor’s office or offices; and
Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.
