Call Settlement Amount means a cash payment per $50 Principal Amount of this Security equal to the arithmetic mean of the closing Indicative Note Values on each Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period. Call Settlement Amount means a cash payment per $25 Principal Amount of this Security equal to the arithmetic mean of the closing Indicative Note Values on each Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period. The Call Settlement Amount will not be less than $0.
Call Settlement Amount means the aggregate of the Nominal Amount and the Coupon for that Coupon Period as specified in the Coupon Schedule.
