Call Off Expiry Date definition

Call Off Expiry Date means: (a) the end date of the Call Off Initial Period or any Call Off Extension Period; or (b) if this Call Off Contract is terminated before the date specified in (a) above, the earlier date of termination of this Call Off Contract;
Call Off Expiry Date means: the end date of the Call Off Initial Period unless the right to extend is exercised pursuant to Clause 5 (Call Off Contract Period) in which case it means the end date of the Call Off Extension Period; or if this Call Off Contract is terminated before the date specified in (a) above, the earlier date of termination of this Call Off Contract;
Call Off Expiry Date means the date set out in paragraph 4 of the Letter of Appointment or if the Call Off Contract is terminated before this date, the earlier date of termination of this Call Off Contract;

  • The Supplier shall effect and maintain the policy or policies of insurance referred to in Clause 37 for six (6) years after the Call Off Expiry Date.

  • The Supplier shall keep and maintain for seven (7) years after the Call Off Expiry Date or date of termination of this Call Off Contract (whichever is the earlier) (or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties), full and accurate records and accounts of the operation of this Call Off Contract including the Goods and/or Services provided under it, Purchase Orders, any Sub-Contracts and the amounts paid by the Customer.

  • The objectives of the exit planning and service transfer arrangements are to ensure a smooth transition of the availability of the Services from the Supplier to the Customer and/or a Replacement Supplier at the Call Off Expiry Date.
