Call-Off Contract Price definition

Call-Off Contract Price means the prices to be paid by the relevant Contracting AUTHORITY under a Call-Off Contract.
Call-Off Contract Price means the price payable by the Participant to the Contractor in consideration of the performance of the Ordered Services, as set out in the Order. “Contractor” means the person, firm or company with whom the Participant enters into the Call-off Contract.

  • C2.4 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall add VAT to the Call-Off Contract Price at the prevailing rate as applicable.

  • C1.1 In consideration of the SERVICE PROVIDER’S performance of its obligations under each Call-Off Contract, the relevant Contracting AUTHORITY shall pay the Call-Off Contract Price in accordance with Clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • The Call-Off Contract Price shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Service Provider in respect of the supply of the Services.

  • When placing an Order the Council will conduct a mini competition which will be evaluated 100% based on the Call-Off Contract Price of the Order, based on the Framework Agreement for the relevant Service Period.

  • Should the Call-Off Contract Price fail to meet an individual Contractor's minimum threshold for Orders then their Framework Agreement Prices will automatically be considered void for that Order.

  • The Council may extend the Call-Off Contract Period on the same terms (including, for the avoidance of doubt, with the same Call-Off Contract Price) upon written notice to the Service Provider provided always that, unless otherwise agreed with the Service Provider, notice has been given by the Council.
