Call Exercise Period definition

Call Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(b).

• At the end of the First Call Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite a Buyer's name on Exhibit C under the heading "Upon Exercise of the First Call Option" and that are not included in the First Call Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the First Call Option.

• At the end of the Third Call Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite a Buyer's name on Exhibit C under the heading "Upon Exercise of the Third Call Option" and that are not included in the Third Call Election Notice shall no longer subject be to the Third Call Option.

More Definitions of Call Exercise Period

Call Exercise Period means the period, if any, from Universal’s date of receipt of the Call Notice to and through the Closing Date.
