CAFTA–DR certification of origin means the certification established under article 4.16 of the Dominican Republic- Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement that a good qualifies as an originating good under such Agree- ment.

  • Records and supporting documents shall be kept by the person who issued a CAFTA–DR certification of origin for at least 5 years after the date on which the certification was issued.

  • Citizenship Certification means a properly completed certificate in such form as may be specified by the General Partner by which an Assignee or a Limited Partner certifies that he (and if he is a nominee holding for the account of another Person, that to the best of his knowledge such other Person) is an Eligible Citizen.

  • Income Certification means a Tenant Income Certification and a Tenant Income Certification Questionnaire in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Country of origin means the place where the goods were mined, grown or produced or from which the services are supplied.   • School of origin means the school or preschool that a child or youth attended when permanently housed, or the school in which the child or youth was last enrolled. When a child or youth completes the final grade level served by the school of origin, the school of origin includes the designated receiving school at the next grade level for all feeder schools.

  • Certificate re Non-Bank Status means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.

  • certification mark means a mark used in connection with the goods or services of a person other than the certifier to indicate geographic origin, material, mode of manufacture, quality, accuracy, or other characteristics of the goods or services or to indicate that the work or labor on the goods or services was performed by members of a union or other organization.

  • Living Wage Certifier means the Living Wage for Families Campaign, any successor entity, or, in the event the Living Wage for Families Campaign ceases to carry on operations, such other living wage certification entity designated by the City to the Contractor in writing;

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Merchandise certificate means a writing not redeemable in cash and usable in its face amount in lieu of cash in exchange for goods or services.
