NAJ License definition
NAJ License means the License Agreement dated as of December 5, 1989 by and between DMC and Fresh N.A., as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1, effective as of October 12, 1992, and that certain Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated December 20, 1996, between Fresh N.A. and Fresh N.A. Sub.
