Cable Ship definition

Cable Ship means each cable ship dedicated to the SEAHORSE Atlantic Program which shall maintain the Covered Systems and Owner's System in accordance with the Provider's Undertakings in Annex A, including any alternative vessel provided pursuant to Article 11B.
Cable Ship means any of the following vessels; BC Atlantida, which is owned and operated by TEMASA; CS Xxx Xxxx Xxxxx, which is owned and operated by CWM; CS Global Link, which is owned by CS Global Link, L.P. and operated through its General Partner TCSC; CS Global Mariner, which is owned by CS Global Mariner, L.P. and operated through its General Partner TCSC; NC Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, which is owned by FCR and operated by FT; CS Sovereign, which is owned by BT and operated by CWM; for the purpose of this Agreement, BT shall be deemed to be the Shipowner;
