Cable System means a facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated Signal generation, reception, and control equipment, that is designed to provide Cable Service, which includes Video Programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within a community, but “Cable System” does not include:
Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:
Cable Service means the one-way transmission to Subscribers of video programming or other programming service, and Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.
Cable Operator means any Person or group of Persons who provides Cable Service over a Cable System and directly or through one or more affiliates owns a significant interest in such Cable System; or who otherwise controls or is responsible for, through any arrangement, the management and operation of such a Cable System.
Cable Services means (1) the one-way transmission to Subscribers of (a) video programming, or (b) other programming service, and (2) Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.
Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.
passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;
Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.
cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;
telecommunication service means service of any description (including electronic mail, voice mail, data services, audio text services, video text services, radio paging and cellular mobile telephone services) which is made available to users by means of any transmission or reception of signs, signals, writing, images and sounds or intelligence of any nature, by wire, radio, visual or other electromagnetic means;
Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,
Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel,
Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications
Cable fibre optic, coaxial, copper cables and wires.
existing vessel means a vessel which is not a new vessel;
Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.
Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;
Sailing vessel means any vessel under sail provided that propelling machinery, if fitted, is not being used.
