Cable Modem Service definition

Cable Modem Service means any Residential Broadband Service provided over cable facilities.
Cable Modem Service means any service offered by Licensee to subscribers whereby subscribers will receive access to the Internet through a modem connected to the Cable Television System.
Cable Modem Service means services such as the RoadRunnerTM or @Home TM services which are provided over a cable system through means of a modem which converts the service from the electronic format necessary to transmit the service through the cable system wires into an electronic format that can be transmitted to a customer's computer.

More Definitions of Cable Modem Service

Cable Modem Service means access to the Internet via the Broadband Communication Network.
Cable Modem Service means bi-directional access to the Internet over the Cable System and the related Cable System equipment used for that purpose, which may be either high speed Cable System download and integrated telephone return or two-way Cable System transmission.
