Cable Franchise Agreement definition

Cable Franchise Agreement means any agreement in which one or more of the Loan Parties or the Restricted Subsidiaries has been granted a franchise, or otherwise licensed or permitted, by any Governmental Authority to provide cable television services over public rights of way in an identified geographical location.
