Cabinet Council definition

Cabinet Council means the Borrower’s council Council of Ministers headed by the Prime Minister;
Cabinet Council means the cabinet of the Minister at the time responsible for education which is referred to in Section I.A.2 (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and whose responsibilities are set out in said Section.
