by the Executive definition

by the Executive means the Executive's engaging in, or otherwise directly or indirectly being employed by or acting as a consultant or lender to, or being a director, officer, employee, principal, agent, stockholder, member, owner or partner of, or permitting his name to be used in connection with the activities of any other business or organization which competes, directly or indirectly, with the business of the Company as the same shall be constituted at any time during the Term.

  • This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument signed by the Executive and by a duly authorized representative of the Company.

  • No provision of this Agreement shall be modified, waived or discharged unless the modification, waiver or discharge is agreed to in writing and signed by the Executive and by an authorized officer of the Company (other than the Executive).

Pre-ETS Reporting: Completion of the Pre-Employment Transition Services Progress Report (Rs10f), Work Based Learning Experience Agreement (Rs10g), Work Based Learning Experience on site workplace readiness Training Report (Rs10e), or approved alternative form is required at the conclusion of the training or at agreed upon intervals.

  • Key Executives means those employees of the Company who, with respect to a particular Plan Year, are deemed to hold positions which may substantially influence the attainment of Performance Goals. Employees designated as Key Employees for the Annual Bonus and/or Long Term Bonus purposes, may or may not, in the discretion of the Committee be eligible to earn Incentive Compensation under the other portion of this Plan and may or may not be eligible to earn Incentive Compensation in future years under any portion of this Plan.

  • Self-employment means engaging in any legal income generating activity that is taxable under the U.S. Tax Code or that would be tax- able with or without a treaty between an Indian Nation and the U.S., as verified by Washington state business license, or a tribal, county, or city business or occupation license, as applicable, and a uniform business identification (UBI) number for approved self-employment ac- tivities that occur outside of the home. Incorporated businesses are not considered self-employment enterprises.

  • Business owned by a person with a disability means a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more persons with a disability and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the persons with disabilities who own it. A not- for-profit agency for persons with disabilities that is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is also considered a "business owned by a person with a disability".

  • Eligible Executive means a highly compensated or management level employee or Director of the Company selected by the Committee to be eligible to participate in the Plan.

  • Employment Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(i).

  • Prior Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
