The minute books of BWFG contain true, complete and accurate records of all meetings and other corporate actions held or taken by shareholders of BWFG and the BWFG Board (including committees of the BWFG Board).
This Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been authorized by all necessary corporate action of BWFG and the BWFG Board on or prior to the date hereof.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;
Member board means a state agency in a member state that acts in the sovereign interests of the state by protecting the public through licensure, regulation, and education of physicians as directed by the state government.
Governing board means the Fund's Board of Directors if the Fund is a corporation or the Fund's Board of Trustees if the Fund is a trust, or, where duly authorized, a competent committee thereof.
Company Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.
Board of Directors or Board means the Board of Directors of Prakash Steelage Limited, as constituted from time to time.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Bank Board means the Board of Directors of the Bank.
Hearing Board means the shoreline hearings board established by this chapter.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Board or Board of Directors means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Purchaser Board means the board of directors of the Purchaser;
Local board means the local board of social services representing one or more counties or cities.
Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.
Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
the Board means the board of directors of the Company;
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Acquiror Board means the board of directors of Acquiror.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.
