Examples of BVAC in a sentence

  • If BVAC is no longer the Servicer, the successor Servicer shall provide to the Transferor all information as the Transferor may reasonably request in order to fulfill its obligations to make such certifications.

  • Receivables purchased by BVAC as of the last day of such Collection Period shall be identified by the BVAC account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A to this Agreement).
