Buying Utilities definition

Buying Utilities means Discoms / State Utilities / Bulk Consumers who have signed the PSA (s) with SECI for purchase of Power;

  • This Agreement may be extended for a further period at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Expiry Date on agreed terms and conditions between the Solar Power Developer (SPD), SECI and the Buying Utilities.
