Buyer’s Warranties definition

Buyer’s Warranties means, collectively, Buyer’s representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.1.
Buyer’s Warranties means the statements set out in clause 11;
Buyer’s Warranties means the warranties set out in part 1 of schedule 2;

Examples of Buyer’s Warranties in a sentence

  • All Buyer’s Warranties shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the Closing Date, as if made on and as of each such date.

  • All Buyer’s Warranties shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of each day of the Closing Period, as if made on and as of each such date except to the extent they expressly relate to an earlier date.
