Buyer's Closing Certificate definition

Buyer's Closing Certificate means the certificate of Buyer substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

Buyer's Closing Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(d).

Buyer's Closing Certificate means the certificate of Buyer, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.18.

Buyer's Closing Certificate means a certificate executed by Buyer certifying, as of the Closing Date, the truth and accuracy of each of the representations and warranties of Buyer contained in Section 4.3 below, substantially in the form of Exhibit E-1 attached hereto.
