Examples of Buyer’s Affiliates in a sentence

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Seller hereby acknowledges it has no right to deliver, and expressly agrees not to deliver, QF Energy from the Facility to Buyer or any of Buyer’s Affiliates at any time during the Delivery Term.
Buyer and Buyer’s Affiliates may withhold, deduct and/or set off all money due, or which may become due to Supplier arising out of Supplier's performance under any Order or any other transaction with Buyer or Buyer’s Affiliates.

Buyer and Buyer’s Affiliates have the right to take immediate possession of Buyer’s Property at any time without payment of any kind.

More Definitions of Buyer’s Affiliates

Buyer’s Affiliates shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.1 of the Agreement.

Buyer’s Affiliates. Enterprises affiliated with the Buyer within the meaning of Section 15 German Stock Corporation Code ["Aktiengesetz"].

Buyer’s Affiliates means Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation; NSE Products, Inc., a Delaware corporation; Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc., a Delaware corporation; Nu Skin International Management Group, Inc. and Pharmanex, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Buyer’s Affiliates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.01.

Buyer’s Affiliates means any past, present or future: (i) shareholder, partner, member, manager or owner of Buyer; (ii) entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Buyer; and (iii) the heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns of any or all of the foregoing.

Buyer’s Affiliates means any person or entity, now existing or hereafter organized, created or acquired, that directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Buyer.

Buyer’s Affiliates means any entity in the United States and Canada now existing or hereafter organized, created or acquired during the Term, controlling, controlled by or under common control with a BUYER.
