Buyer Units definition

Buyer Units means the units issued by Buyer, consisting of one Buyer Common Share and one Buyer Public Warrant.
Buyer Units means the Common Units of Buyer issued pursuant to Section 1.02 hereof.

More Definitions of Buyer Units

Buyer Units means Class A Units of Buyer.
