  • Upon request from Buyer, Supplier shall provide Buyer with safety data sheets, the chemical composition, including proportions, of any substance, preparation, mixture, alloy or goods supplied under this Order and any other relevant information or data.

  • When requested by Buyer, Supplier shall promptly submit real-time production, compliance and process data (“Quality Data”) in the form and manner requested by ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Upon request by Buyer, Supplier shall provide Buyer with a certificate(s) of insurance evidencing that the required minimum insurance is in effect.

  • For any business personal information relating to Supplier Personnel that Supplier provides to Buyer, Supplier has obtained the agreement of the Supplier Personnel to release the information to Buyer and to allow Buyer to use such information in connection with this Agreement.
