Buyer Site definition

Buyer Site means a location owned or operated by Buyer or any of its affiliates. “Goods” means the goods, material and equipment, as well as all drawings and other documents, listed on the Order or provided in connection with any Services. “Seller” means the supplier of Goods or Services. “Seller Group” means Seller, its subcontractors and their respective employees, subcontractors, agents, representatives and anyone invited onto a Buyer Site. “Services” means the services listed on the Order as well as all ancillary services provided with any Goods, including any software license or software as a service (“SaaS”). Terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Order.

Buyer Site means Buyer’s facilities located at Ulyanovsk, Russia, or a replacement location subsequently agreed to by the Parties in writing. All special requirements for Buyer Site are specified by the Parties in Annex 1.5.7.

Examples of Buyer Site in a sentence

  • When Supplier’s personnel are at a Buyer Site, Buyer or its customers will have the right to remove Supplier, including any personnel, from its premises.

  • In the event Supplier has reason to suspect that any of its personnel performing work under this Order at a Buyer Site are not free of illegal drugs, Supplier agrees to take immediate steps to remove such personnel from the Buyer Site and ensure that the personnel does not continue to perform work under this Order.

  • Buyer Site Security must contact appropriate law enforcement agencies for all suspected illegal substances and illegal firearms, explosives, or incendiary devices.

  • Each party may invite representatives of the other (including the Mall II Buyer Site Representative) from time to time, to attend such party's regular job or project meetings to discuss matters of interest or concern.

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered included in Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.
