Buyer Share Price definition

Buyer Share Price means the volume weighted average price of a Buyer Ordinary Share over the twenty (20) trading-day period ending three (3) trading days prior to the Closing Date, as reported by Bloomberg.
Buyer Share Price means $9.70, the agreed upon per share value of GEE Common Stock for all purposes under this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement.
Buyer Share Price means the average of the last reported sale prices per share of the Buyer Common Shares on The Nasdaq Global Select Market over the five consecutive trading days ending on the trading day that is one trading day prior to the Effective Date.

Buyer Share Price means the average (rounded to the nearest $.01) of the closing prices of Buyer Common Stock on the ten (10) trading days immediately prior to the fourth (4th) calendar day preceding the Closing Date that shares of Buyer Common Stock are traded on the Nasdaq National Market (“Nasdaq”).
Buyer Share Price means the volume weighted average closing price, as reported by Bloomberg L.P. (or another authoritative source mutually selected by Xxxxx and Seller), of one share of Buyer Common Stock for the five consecutive trading days ending on (and including) the trading day immediately preceding the Closing Date.
