Buyer Product definition

Buyer Product means a private labeled liquid, used solely for the “Permitted Use” as that term is defined below.
Buyer Product means (i) any product which was sold by Seller as part of the “NuHair and Shen Min Brands” (as that phrase is defined in the Purchase Agreement); or (ii) any men’s and women’s all natural hair loss and thinning hair and other related men’s and women’s hair care products developed by the Company after the date hereof. Subject to the foregoing, I shall retain ownership of and all other right, title and interest with respect to any Inventions for any and all other purposes, including assigning my rights therein for use in connection with the Remaining Business or any other business or enterprise owned in whole or in part by me (the “Retained Rights”).
Buyer Product. Means products of the type described by the relevant Label Stock (exclusive of Finished Goods), to which Label Stock will be affixed after the Closing.

  • Buyer: Product: Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (“SRECs”), as defined in the Master Agreement.

  • If Seller desires to deliver, or delivers, to Buyer Product which does not fully meet the agreed specifications for Product, Seller may request from Buyer a written authorization for the delivery of such product (“Product Quality Waiver”) and the issuance of such a Product Quality Waiver shall constitute unconditional acceptance by Buyer of the product concerned.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the parties shall each designate one (1) Product Manager who shall be responsible for managing the relationship between Seller and Buyer ("Product Manager").

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any indemnification with respect to Product Tax Non-Compliance or Buyer Product Tax Non-Compliance shall be solely as provided in Section 12.6 of the Master Transaction Agreement.

  • If, because of such circumstances, there is a shortage of Product, Bakelite will not be obligated to purchase Product from a third party in order to perform its obligations and it may apportion its available Product among all its customers and its own internal use in such manner as Bakelite finds fair and reasonable; provided, however, that Bakelite will not be obligated to apportion or otherwise make available to Buyer, Product which Bakelite obtains by purchase or exchange for its own internal use.


More Definitions of Buyer Product

Buyer Product means any product that, as of the Effective Date, is sold or -------------- offered for sale directly by Buyer or its Related Companies and is set forth in Appendix G.
Buyer Product means any of (a) the ARYMO ER™ (whether marketed under such name or any other name), (b) the product referred to as SPRIX® (ketorolac tromethamine) Nasal Spray (whether marketed under such name or any other name), (c) the product referred to as OXAYDO® (whether marketed under such name or any other name) or (d) any and all product improvements, additional claims, line extensions, dosage changes and alternate delivery systems in respect of any of the foregoing.
Buyer Product means those tier-1 or tier-2 automotive component products manufactured by Buyer for supply to OEM customers.
Buyer Product means any (i) Sensor Product, (ii) Control Product, (iii) Core Business Technology Product, and (iv) any software marketed by Buyer for use in conjunction with any of the foregoing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer Product does not include any Semiconductor Product, except (A) any Semiconductor Product that incorporates arc fault circuits as a functionally and commercially significant part thereof and/or (B) any Semiconductor Product that is a functionally and commercially significant part of a Sensor Product, a Control Product, or a Core Business Technology Product, provided that such Core Business Technology Product also includes at least one functionally and commercially significant component which is not a Semiconductor Product.
Buyer Product shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.11(b) hereof.
Buyer Product is defined in Section 4.12(e) of this Agreement.
Buyer Product means the products now known as the Agilent N2X and Agilent Network Tester.
