Buyer Organizational Documents definition

Buyer Organizational Documents means the Existing Buyer Certificate of Incorporation and Buyer’s bylaws, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
Buyer Organizational Documents is defined in Section 4.1.
Buyer Organizational Documents means the certificate of formation and other organizational documents of Buyer as Buyer is required to have under any applicable Law.

  • Buyer is not in violation of any of the provisions of the Buyer Organizational Documents.
