Seller shall provide to Buyer Notice not less than ninety (90) days before any proposed repowering, modification or alteration occurs describing the repowering, modification or alteration to Buyer’s reasonable satisfaction and, if subject to Buyer’s consent pursuant to this Section 5.14, seeking Buyer’s written consent.
