Buyer LTV definition

Buyer LTV means, as of any date of determination and for each Transaction, a ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (i) the then outstanding Purchase Price of such Transaction, to (ii) the value of the underlying Mortgaged Property related to such Transaction (whether such value was determined prior to the Purchase Date of such Transaction or re-determined by Buyer in accordance with this Agreement).

Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Seller Shares means all shares of Common Stock of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by a Common Holder, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.

  • Market Seller Offer Cap means a maximum offer price applicable to certain Market Sellers under certain conditions, as determined in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD. section 6 and Tariff, Attachment M-Appendix, section II.E.
