Buyer Bank definition

Buyer Bank has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Buyer Bank means First Bank, a North Carolina bank and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Buyer.
Buyer Bank shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Buyer, Buyer Bank, Seller, and Seller Bank have each caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized officers, and the Executive has signed this Agreement, effective as of the date first above written.
