Buyer and End Users definition
Buyer and End Users collectively means Buyer and its customer, and any other third party purchaser involved in the re-sale of Supplier’s Goods or Services to the end user, the end user of Supplier’s Goods or Services, and any government regulatory or other governmental authority.

The Services provided under this Agreement are for the benefit of Buyer and End Users located within the United States.
Thus Buyer will inform End Users of potential data security issues and Buyer and End Users will hold Supplier harmless from any such data security breaches.
