Buyco Meeting definition

Buyco Meeting means the special meeting of Buyco Shareholders that may be held (if unanimous written shareholder approval is not obtained) to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve the Arrangement, to be held as soon as reasonably practicable on such date as may be deemed advisable by the board of directors of Buyco, and any adjournment(s) or postponement(s) thereof;

  • As promptly as practicable after the completion of the Information Statement, Buyco shall cause the Information Statement and all other documentation required in connection with the Buyco Meeting to be sent to each Buyco Securityholder and to be filed if required by applicable Laws.
