Buy Texas. Contractor agrees to comply with Section 2155.4441 of the Texas Government Code, requiring the purchase of products and materials produced in the State of Texas in performing service contracts.
Buy Texas. If PSP is authorized to make purchases under an Assignment, PSP certifies that PSP will buy Texas products, services, and materials when available at a comparable price and in a comparable period of time pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2155.
Buy Texas. In accordance with Texas Government Code §2155.4441, the State of Texas requires that during the performance of a contract for services, the contractor will purchase products and materials produced in the State of Texas when available at a price and time comparable to products and materials produced outside of the state.
Buy Texas. The Provider shall buy Texas products and materials for use in providing the services authorized in this contract when these products and materials are available at a comparable price and in a comparable period of time to products and materials produced outside this state. When requested by the State, the Provider shall furnish documentation of these purchases or a description of good faith efforts to do so.
Buy Texas. With respect to any services purchased pursuant to this OCC, Outside Counsel represents and warrants that it will buy Texas products and materials for use in providing the services authorized herein when such products and materials are available at a comparable price and within a comparable period of time when compared to non-Texas products and materials. This subsection does not apply to Outside Counsel providing legal services located outside the State of Texas.
Buy Texas. If Contractor is authorized to make purchases under this Contract, Contractor certifies that Contractor will buy Texas products, services, and materials when available at a comparable price and in a comparable period of time pursuant to Texas Government Code Ch. 2155.
Buy Texas. With respect to all goods purchased pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that goods produced in Texas will be given preference if the cost and quality are equal to the goods produced outside of Texas.
Buy Texas. The RECIPIENT shall apply good faith efforts to purchase goods and services from suppliers in Texas to the extent reasonably possible, to achieve a goal of more than 50 percent of such purchases from suppliers in Texas.
Buy Texas. Contractor shall purchase products and materials produced in Texas when the products and materials are available at a price and time comparable to products and materials produced outside of Texas as required by Texas Government Code § 2155.4441.
Buy Texas. LIDDA shall purchase products and materials produced in the state of Texas when the products and materials are available at a price and delivery comparable to products and materials produced outside of Texas, as required by Texas Government Code §2155.4441.
