Business Third Parties definition

Business Third Parties means any third party, including service providers, consultants, systems integrators and the like, whose work for Customer requires access to the Software on Customer’s premises. Business Third Parties shall be licensed as Users. “Configurations” shall mean library files, data files, printer and peripheral drivers, scripted files, sample workflows and templates or other materials delivered and identified in the Professional Services Statement of Work which may or may not be customized. Configurations do not include Developed Code, Customer Technology or GREENLIGHT Technology.
Business Third Parties means any third party, including service providers, consultants, SaaS Solutions integrators and the like, whose work for Customer requires access to the SaaS Solution to facilitate Customer’s internal business activities.
Business Third Parties means any Person with whom AMO or any AMO Controlled Affiliate conducts business or who assists AMO and/or any AMO Controlled Affiliate in the conduct of their business.

Examples of Business Third Parties in a sentence

  • The Business Third Parties may not utilize the Licensed Course Content for other than the direct benefit of Customer’s internal benefit, in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the customer shall assure third party compliance with this provision and the terms of this agreement.

  • GREENLIGHT hereby grants to Customer a perpetual, nonexclusive, nontransferable (other than set forth in this Agreement), non-sublicensable, worldwide right solely for its internal business operations and solely by the authorized number of Users and if applicable, Customer Affiliates and Business Third Parties, to use, operate, install or have installed the Software on an Implementation(s) as specified on a Schedule.

  • Customer accepts full responsibility for the acts or omissions of Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties as it relates to use or access to the Software, and Customer shall indemnify GREENLIGHT against losses or damages suffered by GREENLIGHT from third party claims arising from any use of the Software in violation of this Agreement by Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties.

  • No more than once a year, GREENLIGHT reserves the right to perform a compliance audit of Customer’s use of the Software and exact number of Users (including Business Third Parties and Customer Affiliates licensed as Users) upon no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice during Customer’s normal business hours at GREENLIGHT’s expense.

  • In the event Customer allows Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties to use or access the Software, such use shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Business Third Parties may not utilize the Licensed Course Content for other than the direct benefit of Customer’s internal benefit, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and the Customer shall assure third party compliance with this provision and the terms of this Agreement.

  • If Proprietary Information is given to Business Third Parties pursuant to this Agreement, Licensee shall secure the right for SAP to audit such Business Third Party as specified in this Section.

  • Any individuals directly or indirectly accessing the Software on behalf of Licensee, its Affiliates or Business Third Parties must be licensed as Named Users.

  • Each party agrees that prior to disclosing any Proprietary Information of the other party to any third party, including identifiable Business Third Parties, it will obtain from that third party a written acknowledgment that such third party will be bound by the same terms as specified in this Section 6 with respect to the Proprietary Information and naming SAP as a third party beneficiary.

  • Licensee shall accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of such Business Third Parties and shall indemnify InVizion against losses or damages arising from their breach of the terms hereof.


More Definitions of Business Third Parties

Business Third Parties means those persons or entities who are authorised by TELKOM to access and/or USE the SOFTWARE in terms of formal arrangements that TELKOM has with such persons or entities;
Business Third Parties means an AT&T-designated third party that is under separate agreement with AT&T to provide service in connection with the Managed Service.
