Business Territories definition

Business Territories means all locations in which the Company has post or present activities of any kind related to the exploration, investigation, search, production, sale or other efforts related to the oil and gas industry, including but not limited to, any location as to which the Company has devoted any efforts for production, analysis, joint venture consideration or interest even if efforts for the actual exploration or production of oil and gas have not yet commended and also specifically includes all matters encompassed within Article VI, Paragraph 6.1 hereof.
Business Territories means the geographical regions within the geographic borders of each State in which Employer or Subsidiary is doing business during the term of this Agreement and (in the case of post-employment non-competition obligations) at the date of the termination of Employee's employment with Employer and Subsidiary and any State in which Employer had reasonable prospects of engaging in business during the noncompetition period following termination of employment.
Business Territories means the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Macau, Monaco, China, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Thailand and Canada.

Business Territories means all field locations in which EHR has activities directly related to the exploration or production and sale of oil and gas or on which it conducts gas gathering or other midstream operations, including but not limited to, any location as to which EHR has devoted any significant efforts for production, analysis, joint venture consideration or interest even if efforts for the actual exploration or production of oil and gas or the conduct of midstream operations have not yet commenced.
Business Territories means each metropolitan statistical area of each city within the United States and Canada in which the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate maintained a business office for doing business at any time during the period of Executive's employment or during the Consulting Services Term.
Business Territories means the lands overlying the Eagle Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx formations, in whatever states or counties such formations exist or are found to exist, and all basins and formations below the surface of such lands, and (ii) the “Non-Compete Period” shall expire at the close of business on June 1, 2011.
Business Territories means the jurisdictions set forth in on Section 1.1(b) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule.
