Business Sensitive Information definition

Business Sensitive Information means any confidential or proprietary business information, collected or created while conducting Apollo business, including information about the Firm, and information related to portfolio companies and prospective portfolio companies of Firm clients, investments, and clients. Business Sensitive Information may also include information about multiple competitors in an industry.
Business Sensitive Information means Confidential Information, relating to you or any other third party that is highly sensitive such that disclosure to a competitor would cause substantial harm to you (or other third party).
Business Sensitive Information means information which was transferred to Participant pursuant to the USEC Privatization Act (P.L. 104-134) and marked by Participant as Business Sensitive Information which embodies (i) trade secrets or (ii) commercial or financial information which may be privileged or confidential under the Freedom of Information Act (5 USC 552 (b)(4)), and will be presumed to be appropriately marked and treated as such by DOE and Contractor. However, DOE and Contractor reserve the right to challenge such markings.

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information means any information, relating to a company or its securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of the securities and shall, ordinarily including but not restricted to, information relating to the following: –
