Business Personnel definition

Business Personnel means, as of any date, any person (a) who is, or within the one (1)-year period prior to such date was, an employee of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof, or (b) who is, or within the one (1)-year period prior to such date was, a consultant or free-xxxxx worker engaged in the Business for or on behalf of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof.

Business Personnel means the employees of, and independent contractors providing services to, the Company.

Business Personnel has the meaning set out in Section (o) of Schedule F.

Business Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(a).

Business Personnel means each employee, independent contractor and leased employee of Sellers prior to the Closing whose principal responsibilities relate to the Business.
