Business Patents definition

Business Patents means any and all Patents either (a) owned or purported to be owned by the Company or (b) owned or purported to be owned by Seller and used in or held for use by the Business.
Business Patents shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.19(a) hereof.
Business Patents means the Patents owned, used or held primarily for use in the conduct of the Business.

More Definitions of Business Patents

Business Patents means the Patents Related to the Businesses, including those set forth on Schedule 1.01(c)(i), but excluding the Patents set forth on Schedule 1.01(c)(ii).
