Business Information Technology definition

Business Information Technology means all tangible or digital computer systems (including computers, screens, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, networks, data communications lines and hardware), software (including source code and object code) and telecommunications systems used or held for use by any of the AMP Entities.
Business Information Technology means information technology (including, without limitation, hardware, software, filmware, networks and connecting media) and documents relating thereto which are used in the Business, details of which are set out in the Disclosure Letter;
Business Information Technology means laptop computers, monitors, keyboards, docking stations, telephones, mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices owned by Seller or any of its Affiliates and primarily related to, primarily used by, or primarily held for use by, Transferred Business Employees or other Individual Service Providers.

  • The Business Information Technology have not had, since the Lookback Date, any material errors, bugs or defects, in each case, which have not been remedied in all material respects, nor do the Business Information Technology contain any malicious code or device designed to disrupt, disable, harm, distort or otherwise impede in any material manner the legitimate operation of such Business Information Technology (including any viruses, “worms”, “time bombs” or “back doors”).

Business Information Technology means all information technology infrastructure, including software (in both object and source code), hardware, firmware, networks and connecting media;
