Business Finder definition

Business Finder s Fee Program" means the Program authorized pursuant to this subchapter and designed to incentivize Delaware businesses to encourage their suppliers, customers, and other businesses to relocate to Delaware, resulting in job creation, increased tax revenues, and strengthened supply networks.

  • The Company is also exempted from any possible liability in relation to the failure of any computer dealing system and/or any breakdown or failure of transmission of any nature in communication facilities between the Company and the Business Finder and/or any third party.

  • Any notice/ information provided by the Company or received from the Business Finder should be formulated in English.
