Business Contractors definition

Business Contractors means persons who are independent contractors or consultants who work for the Business as of the Closing Date.
Business Contractors means, collectively, the CUNA Mutual Business Contractors and the PMI Business Contractors.

More Definitions of Business Contractors

Business Contractors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24(b).
Business Contractors means, as of a particular date, the individuals that provide services to the Seller and/or PMAC pursuant to a Business Contractor Services Agreement.
Business Contractors means (i) individual independent contractors of Seller or the Transferred Entities who are identified on Schedule 4.9(a) and who are providing services to Seller or the Transferred Entities as of Closing and (ii) any individual independent contractors of Seller or the Transferred Entities hired after the date of this Agreement but prior to Closing who are providing services relating to the Business for Seller or the Transferred Entities as of Closing, which additional individual independent contractors will be set forth in a list that Seller will provide to Buyer in writing at least two Business Days prior to Closing pursuant to Section 6.2(j).
Business Contractors means persons who are independent contractors or consultants who work for the Business as of the Closing Date. “Buyer” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
