Bus Lot definition
Bus Lot means the real property known as the "Bus Lot" and described in item 1 to Exhibit D hereto.

Upon Seller’s receipt of a notice of a defective Product from Buyer, Seller shall acknowledge receipt of such notice within three (3) business days of its receipt thereof, provide an investigation and mobilization plan within five (5) business days of its receipt thereof and mobilize its personnel to the applicable Bus Lot to perform its obligations under this Section 9 as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
