Bundled Software definition

Bundled Software means the combination of OEM Software and the Software and/or some features or capabilities thereof as an integrated component therein.

Bundled Software means software licensed by Data Innovations from a third party to be distributed to You with the Software that has its own separate install process.

• OEM is authorized by Licensor to use certain Licensor trademarks set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Licensor Trademarks”) solely in connection with the marketing, advertisement, and promotion of Bundled Software incorporating the Software.

• All costs relating to the integration, marketing and distribution of the Bundled Software by OEM shall be borne by OEM.

More Definitions of Bundled Software

Bundled Software means the FRx Standard Edition and the FRx Advanced Edition to be combined with the PSC Products, with a single price established for the combined product, as specified in Exhibit A.

Bundled Software. Bundled Software" means software that is packaged and sold in conjunction with a hardware instrument. Bundled Software cannot be purchased as a standalone product.
