Bundle 1 definition

Bundle 1 means flying on all routes (a) between Europe, on the one hand and North 4 America, on the other hand, (b) between French Polynesia, on the one hand, and North 5 America on the other hand, until such time as Air France/KLM/Alitalia ceases operations 6 on any such routes, and (c) between AMS, on the one hand, and India on the other hand, 7 until such time as the Company ceases operations between AMS and Mumbai. Terms in 8 this definition are as defined in the Air France/KLM/Alitalia JV Agreement.
Bundle 1. The Transition Services set forth above in Category 1 above titled “Purchasing Card Processing and Administration,” Category 3 above titled “Comprehensive Accounts Payable Services,” and Category 4 above titled “Comprehensive Travel Card and Expense Report Processing and Administration.”

  • Bundle means to collect contributions from more than one source which are then delivered by one person to the Mayor or to his political fundraising committee.

The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • high voltage means the classification of an electric component or circuit, if its working voltage is > 60 V and ≤ 1500 V DC or > 30 V and ≤ 1000 V AC root mean square (rms).

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Bundling of charges for Enhanced Medical Goods and Services with charges for Non-Medical Goods and Services is also expressly prohibited; and

  • vertically integrated undertaking means an electricity undertaking or a group of electricity undertakings where the same person or the same persons are entitled, directly or indirectly, to exercise control, and where the undertaking or group of undertakings perform at least one of the functions of transmission or distribution, and at least one of the functions of generation or supply of electricity;

  • Derivative Product means a written contract or agreement between the Authority and a Reciprocal Payor, which provides that the Authority’s obligations thereunder will be conditioned on the absence of (a) a failure by the Reciprocal Payor to make any payment required thereunder when due and payable, or (b) a default thereunder with respect to the financial status of the Reciprocal Payor; and:

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Disposable income means that part of the income due and payable of any individual remaining

  • Sensor means any measurement device that is not part of the vehicle itself but installed to determine parameters other than the concentration of gaseous and particle pollutants and the exhaust mass flow.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) Number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.

  • Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer or "LCM" is the Network Element that does one or more of the following: aggregates lower bit rate or bandwidth signals to higher bit rate or bandwidth signals (multiplexing); disaggregates higher bit rate or bandwidth signals to lower bit rate or bandwidth signals (demultiplexing); aggregates a specified number of signals or channels to fewer channels (concentrating); performs signal conversion, including encoding of signals (e.g., analog to digital and digital to analog signal conversion); or in some instances performs electrical to optical (E/O) conversion. LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.

  • Data Universal Numbering System+4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number means the number assigned by D&B plus a 4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.

  • Capture system means all equipment (including, but not limited to, hoods, ducts, fans, booths, ovens, dryers, etc.) that contains, collects, and transports an air pollutant to a control device.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.

  • Historically Underutilized Business or “HUB” means a minority or women-owned business as defined by Texas Government Code, Chapter 2161.
