Bulk Movement definition

Bulk Movement means a delivery of Product from Seller to Buyer that takes place over a period of time greater than one day (24 hours).

Examples of Bulk Movement in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Special Provisions, where the price of a Product is based on an index price as of the delivery date of the Product and the Product is delivered in a Bulk Movement, the price of all Product delivered in the Bulk Movement shall be based on the applicable index price as of the first day of the Bulk Movement, even if the Bulk Movement is cutoff or suspended and restarted.
