Building Zone definition

Building Zone means an area identified on the approved Campus Master Plan where the Educational Facility may renovate an existing structure, enlarge an existing structure, or build a new structure for any permitted use, but not lesser categories of uses, such as conditional or accessory uses, and provided further that structured parking facilities and surface parking lots for more than ten vehicles may only be developed in designated Building Zones as reflected in the plan.
Building Zone means the area shown on Map 2 attached to and forming part of this By-law."
Building Zone means that portion of a Lot, as described in Section 3.1 of these Guidelines which encompasses the maximum allowed developable area of the Lot.

Examples of Building Zone in a sentence

  • This Property may be in the Coastal Building Zone (“CBZ”) and therefore be subject to governmental regulation.

  • The School Improvements will be constructed within the Potential Building Zone and shall not extend into the Easement Premises unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, and the School Improvements will be constructed so that they do not directly interfere with the operation of the Stormwater Improvements.

  • The Parties acknowledge that as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the School District has not determined the specific extent and location of the School Improvements that the School District may want to construct on the Potential Building Zone.

  • Within the Near Building Zone and where landscapes have matured beyond the first year following initial installation, and when mulch has broken down into the topsoil, refrain from adding additional mulch.

  • The School District anticipates potential future school-related improvements to the Property that may be located within the Potential Building Zone, as shown on Exhibit C (“Potential Building Zone”) or in such other parts of the Easement Premises as the Village and the School District may mutually agree.

  • The property may be in the Coastal Building Zone and therefore subject to governmental regulation.
