Building Service Charge definition

Building Service Charge means a fair proportion (calculated on a floor area basis or any other method as the Landlord decides4 from time to time) of the Building Service Costs subject to any adjustments made by the Landlord under the provisions of paragraph 1.7 of Part 4 of the Schedule;5
Building Service Charge means the aggregate costs, expenses and outgoings paid, payable, incurred or borne from time to time in the provision of the Building Services;
Building Service Charge means the aggregate of the costs, expenses, overheads, payments, charges and outgoings paid, payable, incurred or to be incurred or borne by the Landlord in providing the Building Services, calculated and payable in the manner set out in Part III of Schedule 6 of this Lease;

  • Subject to reimbursement by the Tenant of the Building Service Charge, to use all reasonable endeavours to provide the services specified in the Ninth Schedule in accordance with the principles of good estate management.

More Definitions of Building Service Charge

Building Service Charge a fair and due proportion applicable to the Property as determined by the Landlord’s Surveyor (acting reasonably) of all Building Service Costs properly incurred by the Landlord in the provision of the Building Services.
