Building Rentable Area definition

Building Rentable Area. As defined in Section 1.1.
Building Rentable Area means all rentable space available for lease in the Building, as determined by Landlord's architect, utilizing the methodology of calculation as outlined on Exhibit A-1 and consistently applied to the Building. If there is a significant change in the aggregate Building Rentable Area, of a permanent nature, as a result of an addition to the Building, partial destruction thereof or similar circumstance, Landlord's accountants shall determine and make an appropriate adjustment to the provisions herein.
Building Rentable Area. 308,496 rentable square feet.

  • The Tenant’s Share stipulated in the Basic Lease Information has been calculated by dividing the Premises Rentable Area by the Building Rentable Area, then expressing such quotient as a percentage.

More Definitions of Building Rentable Area

Building Rentable Area means the total of all Rentable Areas in the Building;
Building Rentable Area. The total net rentable area in the Building, which (although greater than the actual usable area) is agreed to be 89,221 square feet (as has been determined by the project architect), including core factor.
Building Rentable Area means approximately fifty thousand (50,000) gross square feet of space in the Building, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 5.5 above. If there is a change in the aggregate Building Rentable Area as a result of an addition, partial destruction, modification to building design, or similar cause which causes a reduction or increase in the Building Rentable Area on a permanent basis, then Landlord’s Accountants shall make such adjustments in the computations as are necessary to provide for such change.
Building Rentable Area means 63,995, which is the total rentable square footage of the Building. If there is a significant change in the Building Rentable Area as a result of an addition to the Building, partial destruction, modification to building design, or similar cause which causes a reduction or increase thereto on a permanent basis, Landlord shall make such adjustments in the computations as shall be necessary to provide for any such change.
Building Rentable Area means the rentable square feet of the Building and is hereby stipulated between Landlord and Tenant to be 259,935 square feet, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 10 below.
Building Rentable Area and the Tenant’s Share upon completion of construction and shall provide the calculations to Tenant. Tenant acknowledges that the Premises Rentable Area includes an allocation of Common Areas and that the allocation and Tenant’s Share may change from time to time. Tenant’s Share shall be increased or decreased based on the Rentable Area of the Premises from time to time. The Premises are part of a mixed use building and Landlord may, in its reasonable discretion, equitably allocate responsibility for payment of specific expenses among individual tenants or categories of tenants benefited by such expenses and may designate separate Common Areas or cost pools for retail, office and restaurant users, which may affect the amount of Operating Costs paid by Tenant.
Building Rentable Area. Agreed to be 173,070 square feet, as measured in accordance with the Measurement Method.
