Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, may install Building standard Premises identification signage (i) at the entrance to the Premises, (ii) on the Building parapet, and (iii) on the monument sign facing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Drive.
The Tenant, at its expense, shall have the exclusive right to install two (2) backlit sign upon the raised facia panel at the Building parapet, location to be mutually agreed to by both parties, on either side of the Building visible from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

Tenant shall have the right to name the Building and shall maintain, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, exterior identification signage reflecting the name selected by Tenant on the Building parapet.
At such time as Tenant installs its Building signage, it shall no longer be entitled to the monument sign referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph, and Tenant shall at that time remove the monument sign and restore the landscaped areas to Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction; provided, however, that if Tenant is ever required to remove its Building parapet signage in accordance herewith, Tenant shall again be entitled to construct a monument sign as provided in the first sentence hereof .
Additionally, subject to Tenant leasing and continuously occupying a minimum of 90,000 square feet of Rentable Area in the Building, and subject to the approval of the Village of Schaumburg, Tenant will have the right to install, at its sole cost, a sign on the Building parapet at the top of the building.
Tenant shall be permitted to install: (i) one (1) monument sign incorporating Tenant’s name and logo; (ii) two (2) two-color pin letter signs identifying Tenant on the Building parapet.
Notwithstanding the preceding to the contrary, Tenant shall have the right to exterior Building signage mounted on the Building parapet facing Park Blvd/Hebron Parkway at Tenant’s sole expense, the exact location to be determined by Landlord.
Landlord shall install, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, tenant identification signage in accordance with Building standards, at or near the Tenant’s suite entrance to the Premises within the Building and upon the exterior Building parapet.
Subject to the terms of this Article XXX, the Tenant named herein shall have the right to have one (1) corporate name sign on the top of the Building parapet located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in a location designated by Landlord (the "Parapet Sign"); it being agreed that such sign shall be visible from the San Diego/405 Freeway.
