Building Owner(s) definition

Building Owner(s) means the person(s) or entity having a legal or equitable interest in real property and its fixtures and appurtenances, which shall explicitly include but not be limited to a homeowner’s association.

  • Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have the one-time right during the Lease Term to remeasure the rentable square footage of the Premises and/or Building in accordance with the terms of this Section 1.2. Any such remeasurement shall be determined in accordance with the standards set forth in ANSI Z65.1-2010, as promulgated by the Building Owners and Managers Association (the “BOMA Standard”), and subject to related guidelines applicable thereto.

  • The actual measurement shall be agreed upon and failing agreement, calculated by an Ontario Land Surveyor/Architect using the current Building Owners And Managers Association standard form of measurement and shall be binding on both parties.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the useable area of the Premises shall be determined in accordance with a standard promulgated by the Building Owners and Managers Association which standard is selected by Landlord.

  • The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if the Purchaser fails to pay the Building Service Charges, the provisions of the Applicable Law shall be imposed by the Relevant Authority and /or the Building Manager which may include withdrawal of certain services to the Building and restrict access to the Building Common Areas (including the Unit Leisure Facilities) until the Building Service Charges (and any charges and compensation imposed by the Building Owners Association) are paid in full.

Related to Building Owner(s)

  • Building Owner means the owner of record of a building. In the case of a building held in cooperative or condominium form of ownership, the term “Building Owner” shall refer to the board of managers, board of directors, homeowners association, or other representative body of the jointly-owned building with authority to make decisions about building assessments and alterations.

  • Qualifying Owners means GIP and its Subsidiaries.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Existing Owner means (a) with respect to and for the purpose of dealing with the Auction Agent in connection with an Auction, a Person who is a Broker-Dealer listed in the Existing Owner Registry at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the Auction Date for such Auction and (b) with respect to and for the purpose of dealing with the Broker-Dealer in connection with an Auction, a Person who is a beneficial owner of Auction Rate Notes.

  • Managing Owner as used only in this Section 4.7 shall include, in addition to the Managing Owner, any other Covered Person performing services on behalf of the Trust and acting within the scope of the Managing Owner’s authority as set forth in this Trust Agreement.
