building manual means The Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape Architecture Design Framework as compiled by Xxxxxx Xxxx Partnership, a copy of which is available at the agent’s office as well as on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx.;

  • Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No. 103 of 1977);

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
