BUILDING III definition

BUILDING III means that real property (interest of "Tenant" under Building III Ground Lease), improvements located thereon, and rights and other personal property appurtenant thereto, described on Exhibit "A-3" attached hereto.
BUILDING III means the office building to be constructed as Building III on Lot I of the Office Center, which is calculated to contain 218,057 RSF and to contain 228,000 construction gross square feet.

  • Tenant hereby waives any claims for damages (other than personal injury and property damage to the extent caused by Landlord’s LAKESHORE TOWERS BUILDING III [Quality Systems, Inc.] negligence or willful misconduct in connection with an entry by Landlord into the Premises) or for any injuries or inconvenience to or interference with Tenant’s business, lost profits, any loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Premises, and any other loss occasioned thereby.

  • The rights contained in this Section 1.3 shall be personal to the Original Tenant and may only be exercised by the Original Tenant (and not any other assignee, sublessee or transferee of the Original Tenant’s interest in LAKESHORE TOWERS BUILDING III 5 [Quality Systems, Inc.] this Lease) if the Original Tenant occupies all of the Premises as of the date of the First Offer Notice.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Commercial building means any building other than a residential building,

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
